How do I add a booking widget to Squarespace?
Copy the embed snippet from the admin under Add to Website, edit your Squarespace page, insert a Code block, and paste it. The widget renders inside your page and sizes itself to the content.
Do I need a paid Squarespace plan for this?
You need a plan that allows Code blocks, which is how any custom embed works on Squarespace. Beyond that there is nothing to install and no extension to keep updated.
Will it match my Squarespace template?
Yes. Theme Studio sets nine named colors, heading, body and mono fonts, radii and button styles. “Match my website” renders a full-page screenshot of your site so you can pick colors straight off your own design.
Can different pages show different services?
Yes. The same embed changes what it shows through URL parameters: the full catalog by default, one service with ?service=…, one category with ?category=…, and per-page theme overrides if a section needs a different look.
Do my clients leave my site to book?
No. The whole flow — service, time, contact details, deposit — happens inside the page. There is no redirect to a marketplace or a vendor booking page.
What does it cost?
$25 a month flat, with custom CSS, the public API, white-label, packages, gift cards and coupons included. The only extra is Stripe’s standard processing fee on payments you take.
