Fixed start times · Per weekday · $25/mo

Bookings only at
the times you actually start.

Some days run on a clock, not on a calculator. Switch a weekday to specific start times and list them yourself — 9:00, 11:30, 3:00 — and those are the only slots clients can take. Every other day can stay on open hours, where the system slices the day by service length instead.

Breaks, buffers, daily limits and date overrides work the same in both modes.

When open hours don't fit

Some days aren't a grid
of evenly sliced slots.

Open hours only

  1. You open at 9:00 and close at 5:00
  2. The system offers every possible start
  3. Someone books a class at 10:40
  4. Now the whole day is shifted around it

Fine for a chair, wrong for a class or a session.

Specific start times

  1. Monday: 9:00, 11:30, 3:00 — that is all
  2. Tuesday can be a completely different list
  3. Wednesday can go back to open hours
  4. Nobody books between your sessions

The calendar matches how the day actually runs.

How it is set

Per weekday, in the hours screen.

01

Pick the mode for the day

Each weekday is either Open hours — an interval the system slices by service length — or Specific times, where you list the starts yourself.

02

Write your list

Type the times you actually start: 9:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 3:00 PM. Twelve-hour and twenty-four-hour formats both work, separated by commas or spaces.

03

The rest still applies

Breaks, buffers between appointments, daily and weekly limits, minimum notice and date overrides behave the same way in both modes.

Around the schedule

The scheduling details that usually cost extra.

All included in the single $25 plan — nothing here sits behind a higher tier.

Buffers

Padding between appointments so a run of sessions does not collapse into itself.

Daily and weekly limits

Cap how many bookings a day or a week can hold, whichever mode that day is running.

Breaks

Recurring time off inside working hours — lunch, a class, a school pickup — and slots that overlap are hidden.

Date overrides

One-off changes for a specific date: shorter hours, or closed all day, without touching the weekly pattern.

Multiple calendars

Several specialists or rooms, each with their own hours and their own mode per weekday.

Timezone handling

Clients see your salon’s time, so nobody arrives an hour early after a trip.

Conflict checks, holds and limits run identically in both scheduling modes.

The desk

Questions about fixed times.

Can clients book only at specific times I choose?

Yes. Switch a weekday to Specific times and list the exact starts — for example 9:00 AM, 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM. Those become the only bookable slots for that day.

Can different weekdays have different rules?

Yes, and this is the point of the feature: Monday can run on three fixed starts, Tuesday on a longer list, and Wednesday on open hours where the system slices the day by service length.

What format do the times use?

Both 12-hour (2:00 PM) and 24-hour (14:00) work, separated by commas or spaces. If something cannot be read or falls outside the day’s hours, you get a message after saving instead of a silent failure.

Do breaks and buffers still work?

Yes. Breaks, buffers, daily and weekly limits, minimum notice and date overrides all behave the same in both modes, and conflicts are checked identically.

What is this good for?

Anything that runs on a fixed clock rather than on a rolling schedule — classes, group sessions, training slots, or a studio that starts appointments only at set times.

Can I switch back to open hours later?

Any time, per weekday. The two modes are a toggle on each day, not a one-way setup decision.

Let the calendar run
on your clock.

Fixed starts or open hours, per weekday — both in the $25 plan.
