Booking on WordPress
without another plugin.
Add one Custom HTML block and your WordPress page takes bookings. Nothing is installed on your site, so there is no plugin to update, nothing to conflict with your theme, and no extra load on your hosting. The widget matches your design and everything is included in one $25 a month plan.
Works with any theme and any builder — Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, classic editor.
Every WordPress owner knows this
A booking plugin is a tenant
you have to keep feeding.
A booking plugin
- Install, configure, hope it fits the theme
- Update it forever — and pray after each one
- Conflicts with the other plugins you rely on
- Its tables and cron jobs live in your database
Every plugin is a thing that can break your site at 2 a.m.
An embed block
- One Custom HTML block, nothing installed
- Nothing to update, nothing to conflict
- Your database and hosting stay untouched
- Booking data lives with us, exportable anytime
If you switch themes tomorrow, the block still works.
Three steps
Add a block. That is the integration.
Copy the snippet
Add to Website in the admin generates the embed for the page you have in mind — full catalog, one service or one category.
Paste into a block
In Gutenberg add a Custom HTML block; in Elementor or Divi use an HTML widget. Classic editor works too, in the Text tab.
Theme it to your site
Theme Studio takes a screenshot of your WordPress site so you can pick your palette with an eyedropper — no CSS required.
What replaces the plugin
Everything a booking plugin promises, without installing one.
One plan at $25 a month, including the parts that are usually premium add-ons.
Deposits and no-show protection
Fixed or percentage deposits with a slot hold that releases itself if the payment never clears.
Your own Stripe
Payments go directly to your Stripe account — not through us and not through a marketplace.
Waitlist claim links
When someone cancels, the queue gets a link to take the slot before anyone else sees it.
Recovery emails
People who start booking and drift away get a reminder with the booking they left behind.
Gift cards, packages, memberships
Sold from the same widget; memberships bill through Stripe Subscriptions with rollover.
Reminders included
Email always, plus SMS sent by us with carrier costs inside the plan — consent and STOP built in.
Standard Stripe processing fees apply to payments you take, the same as anywhere.
One plan
$25/mo
Everything on this page is in it. No tiers, nothing to unlock later.
Start freeSelf-serve signup, no demo call, no card to start.
Elsewhere, the good parts sit
a tier or two above.
Hiding another company's logo, custom CSS and API access are commonly reserved for premium plans in this category. Here they are in the only plan there is.
Other tools change their pricing; check theirs before deciding.

Questions about WordPress.
Do I need a plugin to add booking to WordPress?
No. The widget goes in as a Custom HTML block, so nothing is installed on your WordPress site. There is no plugin to update, no new database tables, and no compatibility risk when you update WordPress or your theme.
Which editors and builders does it work with?
Gutenberg with a Custom HTML block, Elementor and Divi with their HTML widgets, and the classic editor through the Text tab. Anywhere you can paste an iframe, it works.
Will it slow my site down?
The widget runs in an iframe and does not block your page render, and nothing extra runs on your server. This site embeds the same widget and still measures 100/100 on PageSpeed Insights.
Can it match my WordPress theme?
Yes. Theme Studio gives you nine named colors, heading, body and mono fonts, radii and button styles, and “Match my website” screenshots your site so you can pick colors from it with an eyedropper.
Where does my booking data live?
With us, not in your WordPress database — which is why nothing on your hosting is affected. Clients, bookings and reports export to CSV at any time, so the data leaves with you if you go.
What does it cost?
$25 a month flat. Custom CSS, the public API, white-label, packages, gift cards and coupons are included; the only extra is Stripe’s standard processing fee on payments you take.
One block instead
