Loyalty · Referrals · $25/mo

Reward the regulars,
and the friends they send.

Every 10th completed visit (or any number from 2 to 50) earns the client a gift card in their name, emailed after the visit, to spend at the desk or put toward an online deposit. Referrals work the same way: after someone new comes in through a client's invite link, both of them get a gift card.

Both programs stay off until you turn them on. Loyalty counts visits from that day on.

Why the paper card stops working

A punch card only counts
what someone remembers to stamp.

A paper punch card

  1. Left at home on the day it counts
  2. Stamped by whoever is at the desk
  3. Nobody sees who is one visit away
  4. The reward waits for someone to notice

The card is the client's job to carry and yours to check.

Loyalty inside your booking system

  1. Completed visits are counted for you
  2. Cancellations and no-shows never count
  3. The gift card is emailed after the rewarded visit
  4. Spent at the desk, or toward an online deposit

Nothing to carry, nothing to stamp, nothing to forget.

How loyalty works

Count the visits that happened.

01

Turn it on, pick the number

Loyalty is off until you switch it on, and it counts visits from that day forward: earlier visits do not count. Choose which completed visit earns a reward, the 10th by default or any number from 2 to 50.

02

Only real visits count

Completed visits move the count. Cancellations, no-shows and bookings that are still in the future do not.

03

The gift card arrives

Within 30 minutes after the rewarded visit ends, the client gets a gift card in their name by email, with a code to use at the desk or toward an online deposit.

Referrals and the rest

The friend they send counts too.

Referral rewards use the same gift cards. Everything below is in the same $25 plan.

An invite link per client

Every client has their own invite link, shown on their client page, to pass on. A new client books through it like any other booking.

Both sides rewarded

After the new client’s first visit, they get a gift card, and so does the client who invited them.

Zero is an option

One side of a referral can be set to zero, not both: reward only the person who sent the friend, or only the friend.

At the desk or on a deposit

Every reward is a gift card in the client’s name with a code. It is spent at the front desk, and online it goes toward the deposit on services that take one.

Visible on the client page

Gift cards show up on the client’s own page, next to upcoming visits and packages, with no account or password.

Off until you say so

Loyalty and referrals are switched off by default, so nothing goes out before you have set the rewards.

Questions about loyalty and referrals.

How does the salon loyalty program work?

Every Nth completed visit earns the client a reward: the 10th by default, or any number from 2 to 50. Visits count from the day you turn the program on; earlier visits do not. The reward is a gift card in their name, emailed within 30 minutes after the rewarded visit ends, to spend at the desk or toward an online deposit.

Do canceled visits or no-shows count toward a reward?

No. Only completed visits count. Cancellations, no-shows and bookings that have not happened yet are left out, so the count matches visits that actually took place.

How do referral rewards work?

Each client has their own invite link. When someone new books through it and comes in for a first visit, the new client gets a gift card and so does the client who invited them. Either reward can be set to zero, but not both.

Do clients need an account or an app?

No. The reward arrives by email with a code, and clients see their gift cards on their own client page, opened from the link at the bottom of every email. There is no password and nothing to install.

Can a reward go toward a deposit?

Online, yes: a gift card goes toward the deposit on services that take one. If it covers the whole deposit, the payment step is skipped; if not, the client pays the rest by card. On services without a deposit, the reward is spent at the desk.

Does the loyalty program cost extra?

No. Loyalty and referrals are part of the one plan: $25 a month, or $240 a year billed annually, with 7 days free and no card to start. Both programs stay off until you turn them on.
