For web studios · Ten clients · $1,900/yr
White-label booking
for every client you build for.
GoBookingSuite gives agencies one plan that covers ten client businesses — $1,900 a year, each client fully isolated with its own branding, staff and data. You run them from a single dashboard, restyle any widget through the API without opening their admin, and the booking form looks like your client's site, not ours.
No per-seat pricing, no reseller paperwork, no vendor badge unless the client wants it.
The math you already did
Ten clients shouldn't mean
ten subscriptions to babysit.
Ten separate accounts
- Ten logins, ten invoices, ten renewal dates
- Every restyle means logging into their admin
- Premium tier just to hide someone’s logo
- You become their booking support desk
The admin work grows with every client you sign.
One agency plan
- Ten client businesses, one subscription
- Restyle any client widget through the API
- White-label included — no upgrade needed
- Each tenant isolated: their data stays theirs
Add a client, ship the site, move on.
How agencies run it
Build the site. Drop in booking. Hand over the keys.
One dashboard, every client
Each business gets its own tenant with separate services, staff, calendars and data — you keep a cross-tenant admin seat over all of them.
Style it from your own tooling
PATCH the theme API with a color object, or just the client's site URL and let the server derive the palette. No logging into their admin.
Wire it into your stack
Signed webhooks (HMAC-SHA256) push booking events to your endpoints; iCal feeds go both ways; the public REST API covers catalog, availability and bookings.
What your clients get
A booking system you won't be embarrassed to hand over.
Everything below is in the same plan — you never have to tell a client that the feature they want costs extra.
Their brand, not ours
Theme Studio matches the widget to the site you built. The “Powered by” line is optional and switches off in one click.
Deposits that hold slots
Fixed or percentage, with the slot held while payment clears and released automatically if it doesn’t.
Payments to their Stripe
Money goes straight to the client’s own Stripe account — you are not in the money flow, and neither are we.
Gift cards and packages
Sold online, redeemable into bookings; memberships bill through Stripe Subscriptions with rollover.
Waitlist and recovery
Freed slots go to the queue with a claim link; half-finished bookings get a reminder.
Reminders included
Email always, and SMS sent by us with the carrier cost inside the plan — consent and STOP handling built in.
Clients pay standard Stripe processing fees on payments they take, the same as anywhere.
One plan
$25/mo
Everything on this page is in it. No tiers, nothing to unlock later.
Start freeSelf-serve signup, no demo call, no card to start.
Elsewhere, the good parts sit
a tier or two above.
Hiding another company's logo, custom CSS and API access are commonly reserved for premium plans in this category. Here they are in the only plan there is.
Other tools change their pricing; check theirs before deciding.
The desk
Questions from agencies.
What exactly does the agency plan include?
Ten client businesses for $1,900 a year. Each is a separate tenant with its own services, staff, calendars, theme and data. You get a cross-tenant admin seat that sees all of them, plus the theme-write API and signed webhooks.
Can I restyle a client’s widget without logging into their admin?
Yes. PATCH /api/v1/{key}/config with a theme object, or with just the client’s site URL and the server derives the palette. That is how an agency tool or a site builder can restyle a widget programmatically.
Is client data really separated?
Yes. Tenants are isolated at the database level with fail-closed scoping — one business cannot read another’s clients or bookings. That isolation is covered by automated test gates on every deploy.
Whose Stripe account do payments go to?
The client’s own. Each business connects its own Stripe, so money moves directly to them. The platform is not a payment intermediary, and neither are you.
Can I remove GoBookingSuite branding from client widgets?
Yes, and it costs nothing. A small “Powered by” line sits in the widget footer by default, tinted to the widget theme; it switches off in one click under Booking page settings.
What if a client wants to leave?
They can. Clients, bookings and reports export to CSV at any time — including on the way out. There is no lock-in and no export fee.
Ship the site.
Booking is already in it.
