Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GoBookingSuite — the website gobookingsuite.com, the admin application app.gobookingsuite.com, and the embeddable booking widgets (together, the “Service”), operated by Dmytro Veretelnikov (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

GoBookingSuite lets businesses take appointments, sell gift cards, packages, memberships, and products through booking widgets embedded on their own websites, with an admin panel for scheduling, clients, payments, and notifications. Features may evolve; we won't materially reduce the core service you pay for without notice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate business information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account may manage one business; agency arrangements are set up separately.

3. Billing

• The Service costs a flat $25 per month per business, billed monthly.
• You can cancel anytime from the admin app or by emailing support. After cancellation you are not charged again; the Service remains active until the end of the paid period. Partial months are not refunded.
• If a charge fails and remains unpaid after reasonable notice, we may suspend the account until payment is resolved.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

4. Payments between you and your clients

Payments for your services (deposits, gift cards, packages, products, tips) are processed through your own Stripe account, which you connect in the admin app. Those funds flow directly to you; we are not a party to transactions between you and your clients, and refunds of your clients' payments are between you and them, subject to Stripe's terms.

5. Your clients' data

As between you and us, you own your client data — client lists, booking history, and form answers collected through your widget. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it as CSV at any time. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your clients' data and for honoring their privacy requests.

6. SMS and messaging compliance

If you enable SMS notifications, messages are sent only to clients who opted in through the consent checkbox on your booking form. You agree not to circumvent this consent mechanism, to use SMS only for transactional appointment notifications, and to comply with applicable messaging laws (including TCPA/CTIA requirements in the US). Opt-outs (STOP) are honored automatically by the platform and must not be overridden.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: break the law; send spam or unsolicited marketing; host or link to malware; harass anyone; misrepresent your identity or services; or probe, overload, or disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practicable.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available around the clock and take backups, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a contractual uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible. Support is provided by email at support@gobookingsuite.com.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by your clients, your Stripe account, or third-party services outside our control.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. On deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy (export it first).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account owners by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
