Waitlist · Claim links · $25/mo

A cancellation is
somebody else's appointment.

When a client cancels, the freed time does not just sit there. It goes to the people already waiting for that day, as a link they can claim on the spot. Being fully booked stops being a closed door: it becomes a line worth standing in, and last-minute gaps get filled without you texting anyone.

No extra add-on and no upper tier — the waitlist is in the same $25 plan.

What usually happens

The cancellation arrives
while you're with a client.

Filling gaps by hand

  1. Someone cancels tomorrow at 3:00
  2. You notice it two hours later
  3. You scroll chats for who wanted that day
  4. You text five people, three reply too late

By evening the slot is still empty.

Filling gaps automatically

  1. The slot frees up at 3:00
  2. The waitlist gets a claim link at once
  3. First to tap it takes the appointment
  4. You see a booked slot, not a gap

No chasing, no group texts, no guesswork.

How it runs

Fully booked, and still collecting demand.

01

The day is full

Instead of a dead end, the client can join the waitlist for that time — right inside the widget on your site.

02

Something frees up

A cancellation or a released unpaid hold puts the slot back on the market — automatically, no action from you.

03

The queue gets a link

A claim link goes out to the waiting clients. Whoever takes it books the slot; no account, no login, no phone tag.

Retention, not just booking

Everything that keeps demand from leaking away.

The waitlist is one piece. These are in the same plan, at $25 a month.

Abandoned-booking recovery

Someone who picked a service and a time but never finished gets a reminder with their booking waiting.

Deposits with auto-release

Unpaid holds free themselves, which quietly feeds the waitlist more slots.

Account-free claiming

The claim link works without a password, so nobody loses the slot to a forgotten login.

Email and SMS

Confirmations, reminders and changes go out by email always, and by SMS with the carrier cost inside the plan.

Packages and memberships

Regulars who prepay keep coming back — sold online, redeemable straight into a booking.

Funnel analytics

See where people drop between viewing the widget and finishing a booking, and export the numbers to CSV.

Payments run through your own Stripe account; standard Stripe fees apply.

The desk

Questions about the waitlist.

How does the waitlist work when someone cancels?

The freed slot is offered to the clients waiting for that time as a claim link. The first person to use it books the appointment, and the slot disappears from the queue — no manual sorting on your side.

Do clients need an account to join or claim?

No. Joining the waitlist and claiming a freed slot both work without an account or password, the same way booking does.

Does this cost extra?

No. The waitlist, recovery emails, deposits and reminders are all in the single $25 a month plan. There is no tier above it to unlock.

What if nobody claims the slot?

It simply goes back to being publicly bookable on your widget, so a normal visitor can take it.

Does it work with deposits?

Yes, and they help each other: when an unpaid hold expires the slot is released automatically, which is exactly the kind of gap the waitlist is there to fill.

Can I see how much this recovers?

Funnel analytics show the path from widget view to completed booking, and everything exports to CSV so you can check the numbers yourself.

Stop letting
empty slots stay empty.
